If after the time indicated below for each country you have not received your order, please contact us via chat here indicating your order number and we will review your order history to find a solution as soon as possible. 

Scuffers will not be responsible for delivery mistakes caused when the delivery address entered by the customer at the check out does not correspond to the correct delivery address.

 

*During collection Drops, Black Friday Period and Christmas due to high demand concentrated in a few days, it is possible that shipments may suffer some delays.

Scuffers will always work to provide the best possible service for international shipments. However, in exceptional cases beyond our control, an order may be cancelled. In such cases, we will notify you within 24 business hours and issue a refund using the same payment method used by the customer.

/ CUSTOMS

So far, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland, the UK, South Korea, the USA, Japan, Canada, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, and Mexico are currently the only countries where import taxes are covered by Scuffers Partners S.L.

In all other countries, these taxes must be paid by the customer, but we are actively working to expand our tax coverage soon.
